Just finished my fermentation of a Dunkel and used a SafLager S23 Dry Yeast. Direction said to ferment between 53 to 67 with 62 ideal. My basement was 63so just right. I bottled and now wondering what temperature for my carbonation. What range should I look for?

Thanks for your help.

70 degrees or so would be great- if you could find that at this time of year!

Otherwise, if you're comfortable in a room, then that room temperature is great.

Thanks much. I do have an insulated cabinet with just a 40 watt lamp sealed in a tomato juice can and controlled by a dimmer. Can set the cabinet at any temp during the winter. 70 degrees it will be.

Thanks again.
