Hello everyone,
i am looking for advice on a good wine concentrate kit. i would like to make a cabernet and would like it to be at least good for next christmas, and better later of course. any recomendations??

Thanks Gents!
Cheers!!

Your best kits don't really come into their own until two years and need at least a year to age after the initial 3-4 fermentation process. Your midrange kits might be drinkable by Christmas but they too really need to age a year. You might be satisfied with one of them by Christmas though. I'd go with a 12L Cellar Craft grape pack kit but you'd need to start on it immediately.

I've done WineXpert kits and they turn out well, easy to make, all inclusive (cept bottles and corks)
