Calling homebrewers in Panama or centralamerica

I am a begginer homebrewer going to live to Panama in Central america. Just wanna know if there is a community over there. I googled it but couldnt find anything.
Where to buy ingredients, what Beer is good to brew at the constant 95 degrees Panama has to offer, etc
