Brewers Best Kit ?

I have been brewing for about 6 months now. I have a 10gal pot I use can i make two kits at one time? If not is it possible to steep the grains then do the hops boil and add the dme and lme at the end? Or does the dme and lme have to be mixed in for the hops to extract right?

You can do a late addition of your extract in the last 10 min of the boil. Just keep in mind that your temp is going to drop about 10 to 15 degrees.

Adding the extract late will not affect the hops extracting? or do I need to add more or less hops to do it this way?

Hop oil isomerization will not be affected.
