Apologies if this has been asked earlier. I have an interesting problem. After finishing primary fermentation, I cold crashed the brew for 2 days before bottling. On bottling day realized I miscalculated and did not have enough bottles. Good thing I did not add priming sugar yet. So I decided to bottle half the batch. Now I have to go out of town for another week and can't finish bottling till I come back. Is it ok if I leave the thing in the fridge for a week? Or will I have to repurchase yeast before bottling a week from now?
