Boil time when only using Flameout/Whirlpool hop additions

What is the consensus on lowering the boil time from 60 minutes to say 30 minutes, if no bittering charges are being used? And yes, it's in terms of a NEIPA style.
 
As long as you get the color and gravity you want, there shouldn't be any issues. If you use a pilsner malt you may have some DMS issues, but I think there is no longer consensus on that.

For the record, I plan on using a 45 minute boil time on my next NEIPA with Best Malz Pilsen malt. I'll report back once it's complete.

If using 2row, I'd assume 30 minutes is plenty. Heck, even 15 or 20 minutes might be enough.
