Just found out about this yeast today. I have used nothing but White Labs before. Gigayeast sounds pretty interesting. Only $2 more than White Labs for double the yeast count. Only issue I can think of is making a yeast starter not only increases yeast count but it also gets them working before added to the actual beer. Pitching Gigayeast will have the good count but they won't be in work mode.
