I have gotten spoiled by the simplicity and great results of using dry yeast. I am going to be brewing my bavarian hefe next weekend and have only used 3068 in the past. Love that stuff. Is there a dry equivalent? I don't like WB-06 for hefes. American wheats...ok...but not a hefe. Never tried the Danstar stuff. Any advice other than buying the 3068 and double pitching or making the stupid starter?

Just to add, OG is going to be around 1.056 if I'm recalling the recipe correctly.

Danistar has one, never used it though, i've heard mixed results.

Really depends on the flavor you want, if you want that German yeasty flavor I think you need liquid yeast.
