No, unfortunately it's pretty limited to learning about Google's customs.

so do I type "search function" in that box to learn about the search function? I'm confused.

No, you don't understand. You have to go to Post #199 in this thread. That's where the search is.

Then I think you click anywhere within the red circle, and it will show you exactly what you want to know. You don't have to type anything, unless you're wearing a tinfoil hat, which prevents the googles from reading your mind.

Oh, sweet! Thanks. Maybe we should put post 199 on the homepage! Sticky?

whew, that was close. Thought you were gonna say 19 year old. We've had a few of those here. Always a good time.

In other news, I enjoyed your post. (And, 19 years, wow...thank you)

I can only wish I had begun home brewing at 19. But, back then I probably would've tried to brew Bud Light or Zima or some other crap brew not worth the time or effort.

Like homebrew, we get better with age! Right?

Zima. Oh, dear God. I remember sneaking that stuff into my house to hide it from mom and dad when I was sixteen.

It was awful, but it wasn't Bud Light (even then, I just didn't care for the typical BMC). But, it was awful... I drank probably four of them, total?

Thanks for the bad memories.

You weren't here when The Pol was here....

I also +10^6 that this is the most civil and fun board I've ever been on. Even in person most homebrewers can't wait to share information and help a fellow out. You do get a few that think they are the best brewer to walk the earth, you'll also find, most of the time they can't brew a correct pale ale..

I have the impression that this thread is going south... funny anyway

You say that like this is a bad thing.

.

Also, if my love for tin foil makes me wrong, I don't want to be right.

.

.

ALSO, if I am sick for loving tin foil, what does that make BrewKnurd for stealing mine? Can I file I lawsuit for alienation of affection?

Where are you guys finding this "tin" foil? All i can get around here is aluminum, and it just doesn't feel right when I'm ... using it

I get the feeling that the mods have put a fence up around this topic and are pretending that it doesn't exist.

It's been a while, but I've never forgotten this. 1980/81, I was a motorcycle salesman, I had a customer that told me he couldn't control the speed of his moped, because (I swear he said this) he was being controlled by radio waves from space entering his brain. I recommended he line his helmet with tin foil. A week later he came back and said thank you, it worked! True story.
