Does anyone have any experience with aluminum fermenters or brite tanks? I looked through some threads from a few years ago, and nobody seemed to have any definite information. Thanks all!

I have read that aluminum is not a good choice for fermentation or beer storage, I believe due to the acidity. That being said, I have fermented in an aluminum kettle w/ no apparent issues FWIW.
