Finally I concluded that it has the meaning you want it to have. You must look deep inside yourself and discover the true meaning. It comes from the brewer within, like the meaning of Christmas's retarded brother.

I had to find a thread that referenced a thread, that led me to the origianal thread. then you have to read the prior posts in the thread, its hilarious.

In an effort to allow some to carry about their day(and possibly get the thread back on track)...for those who don't want to get too consumed with the nuance of EAC, and just want some brewing acronyms just know that EAC = ABS (Arrogant Beer Snob).

The actual meaning of EAC IS pretty funny, and much more satisfying to know, when you see ppl say it...but for now...just remember ABS!
