I'd like to get some OB beers that they make at both plants & taste them side-by-side. Just to see if there's any differences.

OK you rye peeps, got any good rye pale ale recipes, or any RyePAs that I can turn into a pale ale?

I've got citra, amarillo, sorachi ace, and hbc 429. I want to use these up. Whatcha think? I'm not big on spicy hops, but I could see a bit of malt spiciness going well with some citrusy stuffs.

I've done some rye saisons, but I have a rye pale going now. I think it was 9# 2 row, 3# rye, and 3 oz Crystal 120 for color.

OG 1.063 used a combo of simcoe/Columbus and didn't add any hops until 15 min left in the boil. ~35-40 IBU. I did a 15 / 5 / flameout schedule.

Pitched 1 pack notty.

Gravity sample was good, and finished at 1.011.

Dry hopped with 1 oz ea simcoe/Columbus

Yep about 3.5 hours.

This kid is going to make a name for himself. He finished his apprenticeship last year, he is going to be a amazing in a few years.

I feel you, baseball is starting on Thursday. We have finished our scout requirements because so many kids miss due to baseball games and practice. WE have to meet at least 1 time a month to meet the pack requirements.

Hockey is just wrapping up, and son says he wants to play baseball. I think I need to teach him how to throw and catch before that happens.
