Hey beer making type people. Is 1.025 an insane FG from 1.095 OG? I'll be checking back on this one in a few days anyway, it just seems awful high.

How much coffee you planning? I did half a pound for five days and the samples were fantastic. Go with a light roast.
Edit: you may not want that much coffee though. Mine was strictly a coffee forward beer. Quarter pound would be sufficient
