It's gettin the job done.
I will never buy this hard ginger ale again, though. I like the rootbeer, but the ginger ale is a fail. I'll stick to drinking non alcoholic ginger ale.

I'm about to pitch some belle saison slurry. 6 hours after I started. I did a bunch of stuff while I brewed though. Total brewing work today might clock in at an hour.

Naw my brew day was all day. My
Boil for the lager was 90 mins. But my brew day included playing my little pony and washing our fleet of cars

We played Lego Star Wars on the wii and hop scotch and something he calls "potions" out on the drive way. Potions is moving water from one bucket to another bucket with the worst possible tools. I had a soup spoon today. He's so damn awesome.

Great minds think alike. Freddy just gives off this great tartness to me. It really pairs well with fruit. Out of all the sours I have going, I can tell Freddy dregs apart from all other commercial strains
