Haiku™

I like. 18 syllables I think. Don't know how many in a haiku. Not googling it. Day off.

Nice gavs. That's a lot and looks very creamy.

I figure a pint a week old will be good for 5.5 gallons of ~1.05 lager next week.

Oodles of yeast left in the carboy. Always seems a shame to toss it, but toss it I did.
 
Nice cake

First gallon of runnings on the grill to boil down to a quart. Rest heating in the BK and sparging now. All while doing research for Germany trip. Productive, fun day. Every day should be like this.

Also... Where the hell is my Sweet Tooth? Kim Jong Un is probably drunk af on that right now and we're just stuck waiting.
 
I wouldn't waste a trade on it. I would use it as box filler for someone that can't get it though.

Just glad to be drinking while everyone is asleep. I'll have to go swimming soon... Which will suck, but not as much as it will suck for all the other dads that won't take their shirts off in the pool.

You guys planning to pre-age 2 months before I see it? It's going to be Ethos all over again.

Disclaimer: I am fairly salty right now, this is not the fault of TGrass, but that **** isn't helping. Hope you'll have a word with me about it at the Monday Morning 'Head Brewer and Canners' conference call.

Indeed I am. Now that I've cleaned up the HLT & mash tun (and everything else I'm finished with,) it's time to start drinking beer while the boil does it's thing. Had a 4 beans earlier (no pic because I chugged that bad boy) and now this. Already roasted a cup of kona beans, now halfway into a cup of Brazilian peaberry and soon will do another cup of Sumatra Goya. Oh, and I need to cook some hot links along with bangers soon. Sadly, those will be had with crisps (for your benefit Gavin) instead of mash.

My first beer as a pro is being released tonight. Citra SMASH. 6.5% abv 79 ibu.

Coke zero, again. Chilling a beer because it seems like a good idea.
Got outside, picked up my broken MBP, dropped beer off to someone and bought more beer, and got lunch/dinner. Mood changed drastically.
 
Trying not to straight up pregame our date night but there's really no reason not to. Wifey drank a NYFGA and promptly went down for a quick nap.
