I keep hearing it's even better on tap than in the bottle, but I've yet to find it that way around here.

I've had one good bottle and one bad bottle, so I'm hesitant to get more. I bet on tap is good though.

Shouldn't even be on there, lol... barely detectable.

It varies from batch to batch usually. The first batch I ever had was strong on the chilis. Another batch, chocolate; another coffee.

These are sanded with unicorn horns by specialized trolls. Ugly as sin, those trolls are, but they work for next to nothing.

One of the brewers made it. The owner actually wishes breweries could make cider and wine. Not sure if we would, but he wants the law changed.

I get it in Walmart. It's right beside the distilled water.

I can get it pretty cheap at Whole Foods too.

Also CAD (or anyone for that matter). I know your feelings on books but if you like Startrek and nerdy stuff you should read Lawrence Krauss' Physics of Startrek. It's brilliant as are everything of his I've read. Fear of physics is also great.

Two 'Wild Ranger' IPAs from Aldi. Meh. Bitter, with little flavor.

On the upside, booked the trip to TX. Gonna likely be in Austin itself on 19-21 March, but that is still not 100%. Will be in the SAT/Austin metroplex from 18-27 March if folks want to meet up.

Now, to roast some coffee for next week, then finish packing for the weekend in the bustling metropolis of Harrisonburg, VA!

It's a separate license, as I understand it. Cider is classified the same as wine.

Never got the rest I needed today but I finally ate. Who knew a girl like me could go 48 hours without any food? Friends brought over paper plates, cutlery, cups, salad, chicken and cookies so I didn't have to cook or do dishes. I ate the salad in about 10 minutes, maybe less, and ate two chicken legs like it was my last meal. Washed it down with a coke zero. I should just drink, I'd probably feel better. Maybe tomorrow since I won't be working my 2nd job tomorrow.
