I keep hearing it's even better on tap than in the bottle, but I've yet to find it that way around here.

Terrible picture.

Bad how? Infected, or...?

(Just curious really. The bottle I had was good.)

Actually, I'd be happy for any Prairie stuff on tap around here.

It had kind of a green pepper flavor that you get with old coffee.

No, bad as in the bottle came with tats, wearing a bandanna and just didn't give a flock

Err... I mean this. It was basically LL Cool J in a bottle.

Can't believe I almost wrote that one off completely due to the words 'chili peppers' on the label.

Shouldn't even be on there, lol... barely detectable.

This was coffee with a hint of vanilla - damned good.

Do those weird block openers you guys keep using have magnetic science in them?

Rare earth magnets - work great.

Not sure on bomb, but several of the noir batches were infected and/or had rusted caps.

Having this gem now. #newbrewThursday #stoutseason365

Wish I had a tax return. I owed $600. Whatever, I'll console myself knowing that $600 made a third of a penny while sitting in my "high"yield savings, meanwhile you gave a free loan to the government. Take that, sucka!

I get it in Walmart. It's right beside the distilled water.

I can get it pretty cheap at Whole Foods too.

Also CAD (or anyone for that matter). I know your feelings on books but if you like Startrek and nerdy stuff you should read Lawrence Krauss' Physics of Startrek. It's brilliant as are everything of his I've read. Fear of physics is also great.

Spherical cow joke FTW.

Funk you. Two moar cheap hardbacks added to my amazon procurement list.

Another Hopslam. Taking son sledding while daughter and swmbo are at girl scouts.

How many doughnuts will be pulled, and has the snitch learned to be quite yet? :D

Hey... did @Qhrumphf drive off the side of a cliff?

Two 'Wild Ranger' IPAs from Aldi. Meh. Bitter, with little flavor.

On the upside, booked the trip to TX. Gonna likely be in Austin itself on 19-21 March, but that is still not 100%. Will be in the SAT/Austin metroplex from 18-27 March if folks want to meet up.

Now, to roast some coffee for next week, then finish packing for the weekend in the bustling metropolis of Harrisonburg, VA!

Never got the rest I needed today but I finally ate. Who knew a girl like me could go 48 hours without any food? Friends brought over paper plates, cutlery, cups, salad, chicken and cookies so I didn't have to cook or do dishes. I ate the salad in about 10 minutes, maybe less, and ate two chicken legs like it was my last meal. Washed it down with a coke zero. I should just drink, I'd probably feel better. Maybe tomorrow since I won't be working my 2nd job tomorrow. :(
