I blame bangsong for making me drink this. Really solid sour. Commercial dregs are your friends people! Nice lemon tartness, almost peach like as well.

Pusher. Damn nice! Really get the lemon, almost rind, not pith. Get some peachy fuzz flavor.

SWMBO was appalled when I proposed drinking it. She thought it was a starter for future sours, not a beer. :D

Please note my jar, appropriately added to.

HAha glad you like it! Commercial dregs are the shiz. Dont let her steal all your beers!

I hope that didn't gush on you. Not my best saison but different with the rye addition. Cheers!

It did a little, not to much though. I thought it was a solid saison. Thanks for sharing! Is De' Boom a sour? I think you told me, but I forgot.

Really enjoying this thanks to @Blizzard

there is something disturbing in this post. I can't put my finger on it, but I think the lambs have stopped screaming...
I didn't even notice that last night. Good thing she didn't come up missing or I'd have some explaining to do.

Dont be scared. Its just beer. At least its not a 750 lol

HAha not scared, just not motivated to drink it. I have plenty of others I need to get to first.

Yey, De Bom is a sour with wyeast's "quick sour" blend. I let it age a while but still wasnt too pleased with it. It has aged really nicely though! Actually happy with it now haha.

Oh, I won't. I make sours for her (and me!), but I keep a healthy dose of hops going to be sure I have something to drink.

Is that beer, or lemonade?!?!?!

Need....

And, finishing the night with something from @mhurst111 - Vieille Reserva Prunus Armeniaca. Very nice. Light bodied, good apricot meat flavor on the back pallet. I should be studying the new guidelines, but am f*cking off here instead with an ice pack on my lumbar again. Cheers!

Is the jar for dregs from sours? How long does the jar keep for and how many different dregs go in? Sorry for he questions. Not heard of a dregs jar before. Seems like a great idea.

Thats how i made that sour, 100% commercial dregs. I had it going for about 2 months. No starter in it, just dregs at room temp when i drank sours.

I am storing mine in the fridge currently, as I don't know that I will be able to use them in under 4-5 months. So down for a nap they go!
