Morning all, coffee and a shower then off to a fellow brewer's house to watch him brew, then brewing my own german style Hefe this afternoon.

Since I have invented a new device that retains heat in my mash tun, which I call the "go-round" heater jacket method, my mash time should only take about 30 seconds due to the increased efficiency of heat retention.

I don't think we've ever been this high up the table this late in the season in as long as I can remember.

The misses keeps getting rid of empty labeled bottles on me. Granted, I mostly only keg, but it's pretty damn annoying when I need 12oz bottles and they're all gone or in use.
