Morning all. Having a bacon, egg & avocado sammich with green tea.

Sounds fantastic. I make something similar but I've coined the term bacavacdomato bread wedge as I do it differently to everyone else. I see your holding onto a lot of sammich making traditions. Also I eat it in a single 0.79 second infusion.

Shoulda planned a brew day t'day. Oh well. Have a 10lb pork shoulder I need to get on the smoker tonight, so that gives me a project to work toward. Need to get my dry rub prepared, get the charcoal stacked, dig out the smoker from about a foot of snow... Man, gonna need some beer to get me through all that...

And there I said I wasn't getting up early to watch City/City, and here I am, up since 8am watching after not going to bed until 3:30am or so. Safe to say at this point that Leicester City isn't going to go away like we all thought they would. Absolutely embarrassing Manchester City.
