We went through this with our son, once he got tubes the infections ceased. Our daughter did not have any issues, although it looks like her tonsils may be coming out soon.

Easy peasy, at least with our son. Took 20 minutes or so and he was his normal old self after the grogginess wore off.

Good to hear, thanks! That's pretty much what I've heard at this point. Hope they do the trick! He's typically the happiest baby ever - even when sick during the day. It's the night times when sick that really suck!!! How long did yours have to keep them in?

I think they're normally supposed to fall out on their own. I had to have mine in for a long while and then have them surgically removed. I believe I had mine a few years, but normally it's not that long.

Mine is just about to start popping out teeth. None have come through just yet. That's part of the problem. When he's not sick - he usually sleeps through the night - maybe up once briefly. I don't mind the 12:30's - I'm usually still awake anyways. The full night sleeps are great when you get them for sure!

Haha. His bday is 3/24.

For the last few months it was 11 pm for a bottle and then 2 am for either another bottle or just some rocking.

His due date was the 24th, I was hoping for the 23rd since that's my birthday. Just glad it wasn't 25th since that's my nephew's and he's the golden child of my family.

I knew somebody else read that beautiful thread.

Drinking this, which traveled from DC to Arkansas to philly and is still floccing awesome.

Maybe it's because I'm not a hop head, but I don't get it. Apparently that stuff is good tradebait and I have no idea why...

It's a great beer. I love that beer, and think it's one of the best I've had. But then, I'm a total hophead.

I'm in love with @Stonebrewer since he sent it to me.

French press. At the dealership for an oil change. I'll wait 2 hours for a free oil change.

For a moment I thought your dealership's coffee was french press.
Even free, I don't like waiting 2 hours for something that can be done in 20 minutes.

Water right now. Headed to the NC Rare & Vintage festival today.

Eh, I got to go test drive a Mustang. One of my only friends is the GM. Worth it. I'm not under my car, I don't have to haul my oil back to Autozone in my trunk. All wins.

No, the coffee here is as expected. That's why I bring my own.

You could use that $20 you saved to make another batch of mild :D

2 batches of mild. One regular beer. I have some Belle Saison slurry I need to use soon, I could throw down a real nice one, considering I have the rice and oats on hand already.

But I need propane. There's 15 bucks right there.

morning all.

my kids are the typical, can't get out of bed at 7am during the school week. Sat & Sun they are up at 6...

Tubes in the ear are no big deal. I had them 3 times as a kid. As soon as a set would fall out, the ear infections would start again. Apparently i got written up in some medical magazines since usually 2 times is the most any one would need. They did all kinds of follow up testing on hearing, etc. no ill effects, except i drink a lot. They don't think it's related, but i gotta blame someone. :)

off to the grocery store to get the milk and bread as it's Denver's turn to get dumped on starting tonight / tomorrow. gonna be slinging some BBQ and drinking beer later.

We started locking ours out for this very reason.

Ours did horrible things when locked out, so we let her in to wake us up.

Coffee and snowing hard at the moment. Bout to pull some vanilla porter samples to blend with some bourbon.

It's already started up there? Damn. I guess it's really happening then. Commute is gonna suck this week.

Sign my MIL made me, with attached bottle opener. Anyone familiar with the Beer Song or is that a University of Wyomimg thing?
