Dang...now I'm going to have to buy a french press. Last one broke and didn't replace it. Might have a travel mug with a press in it. I'll rummage through try he cabinets later. (Took some meds for my back, so no alcohol for me right now.)

Pretty much. The longer you let it sit, the stronger the flavor. Then plunge and enjoy.

Pro tip: add only half to 2/3 of the beer to the Randall then top up your glass. You can lose a lot of carbonation with the Randall, so that helps preserve some.

I wouldn't, but most light roast smells too much like green bell pepper/jalapeno to me.

Well, postal service lost my wife's busted phone she was supposed to return as part of insurance claim. That's after spending all afternoon getting a new work computer. Only thing worse than technology are the companies that sell the stuff. Ugh.

Drank protein after beating myself down at the gym, going to do some sour sampling tonight. Last sampling was early September.
