Original bottle, still good?

I have a 1 gallon glass jug that I started about a year ago. Life happened and I kind of forgot about it. It's been sitting in the original bottle, never been racked, still has the air release valve on top. How likely is it to still be good or should I just write it off? Much appreciated for the input.
