You can get powdered caffeine, and the flavor contribution is nil. Used to put it in my pre-workouts when I was lifting seriously.

Oh well. If I get fired there's no one to train me, and I think the old bastard knows it. Job securrity.

I thought they just couldnt do all three. I have seen other energy drink alcohols before loko came out. Sparks for one. Yuck to all of them anyway.

You need to add some gatorade powdered mix too. For the electrolytes. Maybe add a 5 hour energy too. Make it an improved 5 loko

Whoever guesses correctly will be entered into a drawing for free beer. If I don't place we all lose.

If my Team wins the Team Sparring bracket, all names go into the hat for a bonus box.

There are around 20 ppl in now, I think.
