The statue looks cool. I'd say it looks extra melanchloy with some freshly fallen snow. The bars sound even better.

I count 14 in a two block radius. One that is pretty well renowned (Eulogy). The monument actually shares the vicinity where the Tun Tavern was once located. AKA The pub where the Marines were founded. The tavern is no longer there, but there's a Marker pretty much right next to that monument for it.
