What was the recipe? I've had uglier. Was 1.060ish, 2row with (i think) 5% munich. Was supposed to be Vienna but I shopped at the LHBS a bit drunk (bar next door). Was just enough Munich to make it sort of a murky brown, almost greyish color. I've never seen anything like it again. Was really unappetizing.

Im planning the same thing for this weekend. Double batch of wit, one getting the nasties, and doing a pork butt with homemade rub/sauce my stepfather gave me. Cant wait!
