Ten times better after it warmed up. Second pour is sitting on the table for a minute right now. Really nice beer.

Hb imperial honey saison. Everything works here. Lemon and lime peel match up with sorachi ace and Nelson hops. Coriander and seeds of paradise compliment the yeast perfectly. A little more citrus than I expected from the wheat but gives it another layer.

And yes, there are three bulbs out. I think there's a short in my homemade light. Go figure.
Nice...however, MY wife bought me my hops and grains...and gives me every Saturday to brew and rack...
