I jsut wanted to send out a thanks to orfy for his hobgoblin recipe... I brewed this as my first all-grain about a month ago and I'm sitting here enjoying my second glass as I type this... This is great stuff... and thanks to everyone else for all there suggestions and information over the past few years...

It is a great recipe. Im on my last few bottle probably will brew it again, it was my dad's fav. that I have made.

Do you happen to have an "americanized" recipe on hand. I'm a little to druck to translate the metrics into...uh...non metrics.
