Will this work on a standard Sanke Keg? never seen a tap like this...

That is a Hoff-Stevens twin probe coupler on a hand pump. Not compatible with a Sanke D.

It is compatible with old Hoff-Stevens kegs. Not many of those around any more. The coupler system was discontinued some time ago.

You may likely be able to unscrew the hoff stevens coupler from the pump and fit the pump with a barb in order to run a hose to any other coupler with barb fittings.
