I have perlick faucets coming out of my wall, but our builder never added a panel to access behind the taps. I’d like to swap-out one of the taps with a stout tap. How hard is it to swap them without access behind the tap wall? Any help/instructions?

If I am understanding the scenario correctly, it may be easier to just add an access panel than to swap it out without one. (-and you may want an access panel in the future in case something starts leaking).
A picture or even two (front and rear?) might yield on-point responses...
