Choc porter in secondary, pale ale, SNPA clone
 
Getting back into it on a small scale :)
White wine, mead, apple wine, blueberry melomel, ambery honey beer w/lager yeast, dark braggot(w/oak chips & dry hopped)
Temp control is an ice pack in the freezer door :rockin:

Yeah, I normally do, but I knew I would be changing that solution out often for this batch. Already on the second changeout. Spewing like a horny college kid. After it settles down, I'll move it to the bottom.
 
That blow off is the real deal. You could lose fruit out of that thing. Very HB DIY!
 
Pictured is an IIPA. Also have an Oatmeal Cream Stout and a Bourbon Vanilla Oak Stout conditioning. :mug:

Batches number #4 and #5... First 10 gallon brew day for me... Fun but a long day. Can't wait to do it again!

****, After seeing pictures of overflowing fermenters, I realized it's been two days since I checked on my fermentation chamber. I usually only check to make sure the temperature is stable, but I currently have two five gallon fermenters with a triple fermenting. I think I may have a mess to clean up after work.
 
Scotch/Wee Heavy starting to bubble! :beer: It's a little full so I'm expecting a mess when I get home in 2 weeks.

10 gallons of Bekah's Pale Ale in primary and 10 gallons of Boeheimian Ryesody in secondary... can't wait to keg!!

Milk stout 24 hours in primary :) I had to move it into swamp color die to high temps.

4 gallons of pale ale with conan on top and 3 of pale with brett on the bottom. I may have filled the brett one too full :D
