Hello from the Sunflower State

I brewed beer 15 years ago and am just now getting back into it. Been lurking here on an off for quite a while. Current brew, now in secondary, is Austin Homebrew's Blue Moon Clone. This is my first all grain brew. Looking at doing a batch of apfelwein next.
