Hello to everyone. Sig here, from Minnesota, and I am just starting out in the world of homebrewing. I have always wanted to brew my own beer but never quite had the money or the space. I now have a bit more of both so I am taking the plunge. Piecing together the required equipment and hope to have my first brew started in mid-Feb. Looking forward to learning a lot here.
