Why is it that the bottles I bottled last from my bottling bucket that had the most sediment taste way better? They have a lot more yeast in the bottle plus some hop pieces. When bottling I kept them separate from the rest and thought they would be nasty and they turned out to be better. The others taste green still. WTF:confused:
 
Probably the hops
More yeast in there may be cleaning up the volume inside the bottle more rapidly as well
 
You maybe bottled a little early ..... Could have left it and all the beer would have had the benefit of the yeasties working to clean it up.
