Hey all...

I have some cider bottled from last year, broke on out and it tastes fantastic. The issue is that there is a lot of sediment at the bottom. When I got about half-way through the bottle, I could taste the yeast. In my defense, I think this was the first or second time I've made cider.

I've checked and all the other bottles have sediment at the bottom. Is it possible to run the cider through a coffee filter and re-bottle them, to get rid of the sediments? Or should I put them into my carboy, wait for the sediment to settle then re-bottle??

Thoughts??
