    What is a low vol commercial beer that can run through a nitro faucet?

    For the pros out here I gave a question...if I buy a 5gal commercial beer keg which I am guessing has been carbed up. Can I hook it to a nitro tap? It would be a stout but does it matter that it’s already carbed with co2? Also, will it be good or do you just need to get Guinness and be done...

    Finished Taps

    I got a broken 1930’s radio and cut in half. Built insulated box in the back to keep taps cold. Mounted on wall with keezer in room behind it.

    I brewed a amber ale 4 weeks ago...after 2 weeks transfered it to a secondary onto 60oz of pumpkin and spices. It has been there for 2 weeks but how long can I leave it sitting on that pumpkin puree? Need advice...thanks

    High primary temp

    I made a Chocolate stout yesterday and when I woke up this morning it was already bubbling and the temp climbed to around 78...i had to go to work and couldn't do anything about bringing it down. Will it be ok?

    Help with adding cherry juice

    Making a chocolate cherry stout this weekend....going to add 2..33oz bottles 100% cherry juice to secondary....will that be 2 much? Also adding 4oz of cocoa withh 5min left in boil....then 6oz of cocoa nibs in secondary...how do you think that will turn out?

    Going to brew a Chocolate cherry stout. ..it comes with a cherry extract but I heard it could taste like cough syrup. How would I do cherry juice instead? 5gal batch how much cherry juice and what kind?
