Default Panic Attack Imperial IPA + Vanilla Bean Porter
just transferred to secondary - vanilla beans and rum in one and cascade hops in the other. FYI : gravities on the Panic Attack were 1086 -> 1012
I might have to take the next month off of work when I start drinking these two beauties.

* 1 oz. Summit (FWH)
* 1 oz. Summit (60)

* 1 oz. Centennial (30 min)
* 2 oz. Cascade (10 min)
* 2 oz. Glacier (0 min)

Dry Hop - 1 oz Cascade


1000ML Starter with Safale-05


OG 1085
FG 1012

Please let me know how it turns out in your systems - I'm now on my third batch and I am thinking about doing this recipe as a Pro-Am submission here soon!
