Recently just got into lambic/sour beers. I'm looking to brew a gose and was wondering how to store the yeast. Buying wy5335, now normally when I buy yeast it has an ice pack option but for this it doesn't. Do I store like normal in the fridge? Or keep it out at room temperature?
