I'm wandering how long I can keep a yeast starter, if its in a stir plate, I planned on brewing Sunday, but will probally have to wait till following sat, any help is appreciated

I'd say let it ferment out (a few days)- throw an airlock (or cap) on it and cold crash in the refrigerator. It should be fine.

once it's done just cover it with some tin foil and put it in the refrigerator, you should be totally fine. Your viability goes down about 0.7% everyday but that's not really a huge deal
