Wort in the airlock and FG has been reached

So I am pretty new to brewing and am only on my 3rd brew...I am brewing a stout. It was a vigorous fermentation and wort ended up in the airlock however I did not notice it right away because I was away. It may have been in there for almost 2 days. It has been in the primary fermenter for 4 days as of today and when I took a reading it was at its FG and fermentation seemed to slow down quite a bit. Should I be worried? :confused:
 
It's fine. No worries. RDWHAHB. If you want go ahead and clean it then reinsert it, but you'll be fine.Leave it be a few more days as you planned.
