Work shirts?

Hey guys. I need your recommendations on a work shirt. I am a small guy, and about 5'6 ish. I have a Red Kap size small work shirt from a brewery down the road and I never wear it because it's huge on me. Can anyone recommend a good work shirt to buy that might fit a little better? Are the dickies ones any good? I know a lot of breweries use the Red Kap but I'd rather it not look like I am wearing a dress. I got a patch from my homebrew club with our name on it and I wanted to put the patch on one side and get my name stitched on the other.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better value/reliability than a Dickies work shirt.

As for the size, if you have a Walmart or hardware store that carries clothes near you, they will probably have the workshirts, try on the small and see how it is.
