Oh, like those speed limit signs on the freeways? (I know not a freeway)

Typically I would concerned about about a shipment get stuck on and getting too warm over a weekend. I looked that the forecast and thought "damn, I could have one freeze and burst!"

Gonna wait till Tuesday evening to drop off and by the time it leaves the sorting hub it will be 2 days in much less harsh weather.

Well got out and grabbed another few cans of some local beers again today. Somehow that drawer won't stay shut....

Got smart and brought a growler to fill as well. Should be good enough to keep the drawer shut until I pack and ship Tuesday. Oh, and the forecast has improved to high of 11 and 12 the next 2 days as well...

Santa’s sleigh is in need of replacing. It’s looking like this week.
The good thing is he has all gifts, just needs to wrap them and get them out the door. Hopefully one of his elves can help give him a lift in the meantime. Otherwise Santa will be a bit behind. 😬

A lot of us have traded in the past and know by the shipping label who sent it to them. It’s more of the excitement of not knowing who’s shipping to you and what they selected. Or when it arrives.

Today Santa should be trading in his old sleigh for a new one. With that said hopefully he can pack this weekend and ship early next week.

Santa had a bit to drink on his way to our house, and unfortunately popped holes in two of the cans. One of them had completely drained by the time it was delivered (RIP) but the other had juuuuust started leaking which meant that -- OH NO. HOW TERRIBLE! IT HAD TO BE CONSUMED THEN!

A happy accident, as that beer was delicious. (And well timed!)

Santa clearly was trying to just lighten his sleigh, as that also meant we landed at exactly the ounce limit recommendation.

A hearty THANK YOU to my santa for the amazing beer, T-Shirt (burnt orange! even better!), sticker, buttons, and coasters. I haven't cracked the others in the box just yet, but hope to do so tomorrow. If Societe was any indication I'm going to love the rest of this box!

Santa made it! Very nice selection of beers that I can't get around here that I'm really looking forward to tasting plus some HM limocello! Also, a cool glass and coaster and an assortment of buckeyes(?)! (I wonder, do the buckeyes go in one of the beers?🤔😉)
Unfortunately, there was one casualty. Somehow, Santa's handlers managed to get the cap loose on that big beautiful bomber of Christmas ale in the center. Man, did that box smell good when I opened it! There were just a few ounces still in the bottle, flat of course, but really tasted good. Thanks, Santa!

Santa is one busy guy. Made it over my way late last week. Beautiful box of beers from someone down south. 🤔

The keen observer will notice that one of mine too was compromised and had to be consumed immediately upon receipt…. Was delicious.

Thank you Santa!

Mine should hit the sleigh tomorrow

(Sweet new shirt too)

Woot!!
A great selection from Santa that I can't wait to get into and no casualties to report. My son wants to know how I got on the shirt?(my beard is not so long or dark-sadly)

Thanks for the great motivation to hit my next target weight for a cheat weekend. I will be visualizing these bad boys as I push through on the bike.

I received my box from Santa yesterday. All but one of the beers survived. The one that didn't, Venomous Villains, appears to be crushed somehow.

Not sure how it was crushed, the beers were in a Whale Pod Shipper. But they were all jostled around and became unseated from the foam. And the box was wet and smelled like beer. lol Clearly Doug handled this shipment..

There was ~25% of the beer left in the can. So I did like others and had to consume it right then and there. It was flat but otherwise tasted good. Thanks Doug!

Oh, the non-beer item isn't shown because it's still on its way. I'll post a pic when I receive it.

Thanks for the delicious looking beers Santa! I can wait to make my way through these.

Dear Santa,

Today, I had these three presents that you brought me. I don't have pictures of the poured beers but I can tell you that both IPAs were great. If I had to give an edge to one it would be to the Ethereal Connection (but both were awesome). Also the Nostalgic vibes was great after my meal. Truly a great after dinner treat!

I can't wait to drink the rest of my presents Santa! Thank you so much for working so hard to get them to me!

Your friend,
JCasey1992

P.S. I may have had some scotch with a buddy in between some of your presents tonight so please bare with me if I seem a little goofy tonight.

UPDATE:

I did receive my non-beer item from Santa. Apparently it had been in my mailbox for a few days and I had been lazy recently about checking it.

I received this cool, brown'ish t-shirt. The shirt features a Grateful Dead tribute band called Stella Blues Band and came from the Captain Lawrence Brewery in NY where it seems they played.

Interestingly there was a Captain Lawrence beer in my box, a classic lager, which was the first beer I had from Santa. It was pretty tasty! If I ever find myself near the Captain Lawrence brewery, I'll have to stop by for more of their beers!

Thanks Santa!

So I show there are two outstanding boxes -- One with a Santa that you can guess, and the other where Santa's sleigh was asked by the recipient to slow down a few days. Going to give it until Monday before posting. Very soon!

Wait, which is the one you can guess?
