I don't know if it's been asked prior and I haven't seen posted anywhere else but.... Has anybody ever made a "holiday" or "fall seasonal" type wine ? I'm looking at a pumpkin pie flavored type wine - I've been told that the dandelion wine I produced last year tastes like the whole Christmas season-tree,food and all boiled down, fermented and bottled(but in a nice way). I brew my own beer and am aware of the pumpkin ales and all but a nice fall wine would be great. That's why the question. Shane

Thanks Yuri, That's what I was shootin' for-kinda like a good watermelon wine-keep pilin' in the sugar til ya kill the yeast.... I do think I'll try it using the B spices-might just start a quick gallon-maybe soon as tomorrow. Wonder if canned pumpkin will work for a test batch ? Shane
