Nope, that would count against your 200 gallons of wine you are allowed to make annually. Yeah Baby! :rockin:

American and Canadians are so similar, yet different in some peculiar ways.
For example, you all seem to like your guns and vigorously protect your right to bear arms. Up here, we have silly, silly firearms laws that do nothing, but Canadians are OK with that.
But down there, you have limits on your homebrew. Up here, we like our beer and vigorously protect the right to defend our beer! (To the best of my knowledge, we have no such law in Canada.)

It's about that time again when we start tallying up our damage for the year.
I ran in to “my friend” again and he told me he’s at about 350 OUNCES for the year. Just slightly under the limit. Of course…he’s been know to tell some tall tales and with no physical evidence of such, anyone would be hard pressed to make a “federal” case.
So how about you? With a little more than 2 months to go…who else is in danger of going over…or very close to the limit?
I think the law is kinda like fishing limit laws. It's what you have in possession (ie, proof) at the time of inspection.
So, as long as your "Friend" has 40 or less corny kegs, he's good to go for any inspection.![]()
Another example of my shoddy book keeping working in my favor.
Pink underware and green bologna for bad guys. We need more Sheriff Joe's.
If they come to bust your "friend" for too much beer, just sent the officers home with a corny.
