sterling 7.2%

the AA% for Apollo seems low it's usually 15%+
But it can also be used late for a grapefruit aroma and flavor. Not everyone like is But I do.

The Buzz Bullet bled should be nice and citrusy and go well with Cascade

If you want more piney with your Citrus go with the two blends Buzz & Falconers

I have not used Glacier but it could be nice with the Cascade

It really depends on what flavor you are shooting for, batch size and how much of each hop you have.

If it's just a bit of each left
Bitter with Apollo
then toss the Buzz/cascade/Glacier in the last 5-10 min through flame out. could even toss whats left of the Apollo at flame out.
Not sure if you do hop stands but that could be a good option to get a bunch of flavor and aroma and not worry too much about the bittering.

Ibitter to ur liking for flavor id go buzz casscade falcon, with some willamette if u like it. Sterling isnt bad ether.

the apollo is definitely supposed to have a 1 in front of the 8. i think i want to try out the glacier hop. think i will pair it with the apollo, buzz and cascade.
this is what i came up with so far but im pretty new at putting together my own recipes so critique is gladly accepted:
5 gallon batch
us-05 or whitelabs001
8 pounds american 2 row
4 pounds german pilsner 2 row
1 pound carapils
2oz apollo
2oz buzz
2oz cascade
2oz glacier

60 minute boil
1oz apollo @60minutes
.5oz apollo @5 minites
.25oz buzz @5 minutes
.25 cascade @5 minutes
.25glacier @5minutes
drop heat to 170 add:
.5oz apollo

buzz .5oz
cascade .5oz
glacier .5oz
