I brew with no frills stainless pot. I usually just use a pan dipping and pour in my fermenter. But mid way the dregs start getting in. What is preferred way to transfer wort with my set up?
 
Dump it all in. The yeast seem to like the trub and you will get all the wort that way. Once fermented, don't be in a hurry to bottle. Let the beer have time to settle the trub out and compact itself, then rack to the the bottling bucket being careful to keep the siphon above the trub.
