Ok, It has been either a 100 degrees or close the last couple of weeks here in Arkansas. The local brew supplier doesn't have wyeast 1968 on hand and I am not really wanting to go with S-04. I have harvested WLP 007 from a previous batch. Can I use this instead or should I order the 1968 take a chance, make a good starter?

I have cloned it, though swapped out the Citra for Comet - a very nice change and gave me the chance to call it Zombie Comet lol

I used 1968, but don’t really get a yeast note on it at all, so you could give S04 a shot. Alternately, I was in the same position on a different yeast, so found a HomeBrew shop in state that had it, had it mailed with 2 ice packs and insulation, which took a day and a half. Ice was melted, but starter fired right up, so worked a charm.
