Where's the best place to design and print professional bottle labels?

Hi all

I need some help on where the best place is to get bottle labels designed and printed.
Or if anyone can advise what the best type of label is out there to use.
What type of labels do you guys use?
I only want labels on a small scale. Homebrewer style. Approx between 500 - 800 labels a month
