Where to buy? Neoprene Washer between nipple and nut.

I need 4 of those neoprene black washers that go between the nut and nipple on the shank that's connected to my perlick faucet.

Being that I live in Canada the shipping from any online retailer is between $16-29 for the $1.50 worth of parts.

Is there anywhere I can get these locally?

I got mine from Micromatic but I don't see any Canadian distributors. Check with these folks out they have a location in Montreal.
