Hi there

I'd like to start brewing all grain and with the use of electricity.

Is it a good idea to buy two 1500-watt immersion elements and do the boiling with those in a 5 gallon steel pot? Will that be enough power?

If yes, then do you know any companies that sell such elements to Spain at a decent price?

(I was looking at this one and I think 2 of these (3000W in total) could keep up a 60 minute boil.

In the UK the cheap option is to take the element out of an electric kettle. They are typically 2400-3000W.
